Maddox Nutrition takes personalization to the next level. Often times, generic programs will leave you with just diet and exercise causing you to fall short with long term success. We will evaluate  what got you here and dive into what we need to prioritize to get you to looking and feeling your best

Stop the restrictive and yo-yo dieting once and for all.  We will take a closer look into your daily habits, emotional and mental health associated with food, hormonal imbalances, stress, digestive issues, lack of motivation, self-sabotage and more to get you to a place where you will be able to lose the weight and keep it off for good this time. The end goal is to not need a coach and I want to help you become successful and independent to continue your success for years to come.

Building a foundation. Lasting results is accompanied by good habits. Here at Maddox, we specialize in developing better habits that will set you up for success. Our private app will allow for  you to check off your daily habits that has been assigned to you so we can strengthen that foundation for better choices. Building better habits that you love around your lifestyle is key.

Accountability & Lasting results. With weekly check-ins with your coach, 24/7 messaging and support, and resources, we will guarantee that you will get lasting results. We will provide the guidance and education to turn your weaknesses into your strengths, develop a healthier relationship with food, stop the food guilt, and transform your body
